MSPSL was founded in June 1991 and is a family run business. The directors have gained a wealth of skills and expertise over the last 30 years in the construction, design, IT development and service delivery industries.
Using this experience, coupled with alliances with other businesses, MSPSL is able to create and mobilise project teams with specific skills that meet client needs.
Our company ethos is symbolised by the Brooklyn Bridge, New York. At the time of its construction, the building project was the most ambitious of its kind and its completion relied upon outstanding project management and expertise. We strive to deliver the best possible management services to all of our clients and the Brooklyn Bridge represents this ambition. Martin Stevens - Managing Director |

Martin is a uniquely qualified project professional, strategist, champion and coach. He possesses exemplary management, problem solving, planning, leadership and supervision skills. Martin has extensive experience as a designer and project manager, in both the private and public sector, over a period in excess of 30 years. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. Furthermore he is a Member of the Association for Project Management, being both a past Chairman of the South East Branch and a former Council and Executive Board Member. He is an occasional lecturer at universities and management training centres, covering a variety of topics including project management tools, techniques, success criteria and creative thinking. Martin's role is to develop the business and staff and to champion best practice within MSPSL and the projects we manage. He leads both built environment and business change assignments. |

Allan Stevens - Company Chairman |

Allan has over 25 years experience in shaping and managing the successful project delivery of IT solutions. He has worked within a consulting environment for more than 20 years, delivering solutions to organisations within Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Local Government, Construction, Broadcasting, Manufacturing and Charitable organisOver the last 10 years Allan has held several senior management and board positions. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors ((IoD) and is a qualified Project Manager through the Association for Project Management. Allan's role is to provide sound corporate governance in the running of the company and to lead IT related assignments. |

Julie Stevens |

Julie is an experienced project and account manager, having worked across the UK, Europe and Asia. She has taken projects from inception to completion, co-ordinating all stages of the process, with particular emphasis on developing sales processes and client relationships. Her areas of special interest include the work environment and its effect on organisational productivity, spaces and their effect on behaviour and design in education. Julie recently graduated from the School of Architecture, at the Kent Institute of Art and Design with a BA (Hons) Interior Design. She elected to submit an extended dissertation entitled "Design, Workstyle, Workplace: An examination of Symbiosis" which focused on the effects of architecture, interior design, organisational structure and work methodologies, on people at work. |

Kathy Stevens |

Kathy has more than 25 years experience in the management of IS/ IT projects and the deployment and support of IT systems within public sector organisations. |

Sarah Stevens |

Sarah is currently a full time undergraduate student at Imperial College London, where she is studying towards a MSc Mathematics degree. Sarah's role is to assist with and carry out administrative and finance related tasks and to be our webmaster. |
