MSPSL was appointed to conduct a review of current processes and procedures within the client’s Workplace Resources (WR) Department, which manages real estate and business change projects across Europe, The Middle East and Africa.
The client objective was to create a new Project Process Handbook to be unveiled at Nokia’s annual WR Conference in Madrid.
In order to meet this requirement MSPSL prepared new procedures manuals and implemented guidance notes and templates for use throughout the organisation, consulting closely with key decision makers.
Recommendations were also made for the implementation of risk mapping procedures.
It is now understood that these procedures have been adopted outside of Nokia’s EMEA Region.
